Kite Hill is a boutique company specializing in premium furnished rentals, from short stays to mid-term homes of 30 days or more. We pair carefully prepared homes with attentive, responsive management, so guests feel settled from day one and owners earn strong, steady income without handling the day-to-day.

We keep our portfolio small on purpose. Every home gets direct attention from us, not a call center.

Kite Hill began in San Francisco in 2016 as a furnished co-living operation, where Pete hosted more than 400 guests over four years, most of them on month-plus stays. Today, Pete and Andrea run Kite Hill from Kansas City. Pete brings operating and real estate investment experience. Andrea brings years of managing vacation homes, apartment communities, and guest operations.

We handle listing setup and pricing, guest and tenant screening, leases for longer stays, guest communication, cleaning and turnovers, maintenance coordination, and clear monthly reporting. You keep the payouts and the control, and we do the work.
